The Recruitment Process Explained

It typically begins with candidates submitting their application, which is then screened by our HR team. Suitable candidates are then contacted via email and provided with an information pack. Finally, the selected candidate receives a job offer, and once accepted, the onboarding process begins. This systematic approach ensures that both the employer and the candidate find the right fit for the position.

What are contribution points?

Working in a technate earns you contribution points that can be spent on either a gold social contribution card or a silver one. Once you spend these points on a card, you can claim various perks. A silver card unlocks benefits such as premium apartments, increased data bandwidth, and more. A gold card grants two years of peak luxury, including premium real estate, villas, local dining options, and additional exclusive perks.

On the Job

Once you have completed your probationary period, you will be permanently appointed and can resume your career climbing the ranks or move into specialised security units.
