Will you make the declaration of Common Heritage?

A widespread declaration by individuals that natural resources are the common heritage of all people will facilitate the transition to a Resource-Based Economy (RBE), led by a technocratic world government. In RBE theory, recognizing all resources as common heritage is essential for moving away from monetary rationing toward abundance. This shift in perspective transforms the view of resources from being owned for profit to being managed for the benefit of everyone.

A world without war, poverty, crime, prisons, police, military, money, debt, servitude, disease, pollution, prejudice, artificial scarcity, nation-states, market-state, nationalism, elitism, and perverse incentives is possible.

What's involved?

Here is how such a declaration could aid the transition, based on RBE concepts:

  • Shifting the Value System: A public declaration helps transition the cultural mindset from a scarcity-based monetary system to a stewardship model, reducing the focus on profit and prioritizing human betterment and ecological balance.

  • Challenging the "Resource Curse": Proponents of RBE argue that treating resources as common property can mitigate the "resource curse." This phenomenon describes how resource-rich nations often experience inequality, conflict, and economic instability despite their wealth.

  • Enabling Technological Management: The ultimate goal of RBE is to move from money to "cybernation," where global resources are managed as a common heritage by a computer-based system to ensure equitable distribution. A declaration provides the philosophical basis for this shift.

  • Universal Access: By recognizing resources as a common heritage, the system focuses on free access to basic needs—such as shelter, food, and water—rather than relying on monetary exchange.

What next?

Making a declaration is a crucial step in supporting a Resource-Based Economy (RBE) led by a technocratic world government. If you are prepared to make this declaration, please follow these instructions:

1. You have two options for making your declaration: you can fill out the online form at the bottom of this page (this is the quickest method) or download and print the document provided below. The printed form is recommended if you wish to make a statutory declaration, as it serves as an official document for providing accurate information and confirming statements for legal purposes.

2. If you choose to make a statutory declaration, you will need a witness, preferably a solicitor, to ensure that your statement, which asserts your rights to land or resources, is valid. Using a solicitor increases the likelihood that the document will be accepted by the authorities. For all other types of declarations, including those made by students, a person of good standing in the community can serve as an acceptable witness.

For declarations made by children, while these may not be legally binding like a contract, children can still participate in signing the document, which acts as a simple, personal declaration of their identity. Any adult of good standing can serve as a witness; a Minister of Religion or a Teacher is ideally suited for this purpose.

3. Make sure to get the document signed; this will serve as proof that you have made the declaration.

Declaration

“I, [Name], hereby declare that the Earth’s natural resources are the common heritage of all people.

I recognize that the air, water, land, and minerals of this planet are the fundamental life-support systems for all species and do not belong to any single individual, corporation, or nation. I acknowledge that our current systems of private ownership and monetary rationing often lead to artificial scarcity, environmental destruction, and social inequality.

By making this declaration, I commit to a shift in perspective: from viewing nature as a commodity to be exploited for profit, to seeing it as a shared trust to be managed intelligently and sustainably for the benefit of every human being. I support a transition toward a global society where technology and science are used to distribute these resources equitably, ensuring that the basic needs of all people are met without the need for debt or servitude.

This is my commitment to a future of abundance, cooperation, and the protection of our planet for generations to come.”

Children's Declaration

My World Promise
I am a citizen of the world. I have my own thoughts and special ideas.
I share this planet. I will be kind to the Earth, the water, and all the animals.
I respect my friends. I know that everyone is different, and that is what makes us special.
I protect our stories. I will learn about my family’s traditions and listen to the stories of others.

Congratulations!

If you have recited these words, congratulations! You are now part of a growing community that advocates for a shift from exploitative capitalism to a sustainable resource-based economy, led by a technocratic world government.
